Adesua Etomi, the next Vogue Cover Girl
Nollywood darling, Adesua Etomi-Wellington has starred in film favourites such as "King of Boys", "Up North", "10 days in Sun City", "The Arbitration" and - of course - "The Wedding Party" movies.

The award-winning actress is certainly a screen star, and now she's trying her hand at modelling.  The focus of Vogue's April issue is "A Celebration of Global Talent" and it features 14 actresses from all over the world on its cover.
An inspiring statement from Vogue reads: "The feeling over the course of these fourteen conversations is one of mounting freedom, as if what we were witnessing, globally, were an overturning of a passive tradition.  An actress, they collectively suggested, is no longer someone who waits to be asked; she's a person who opens her own doors."

Etomi was born in Nigeria, then raised in England, where she also studied drama at The University of Wolverhampton.  In 2012, she returned to Nigeria and is now one of Nollywood's leading ladies.  Who better to join a celebration of global talent!

Portman Plays "Lucy in the Sky"
Inspired by the strange true story of astronaut Lisa Marie Nowak, "Lucy in the Sky" shows the darker side of space exploration, when her out-of-this-world experience messes with life after touch down.  In real life, Lisa Marie Nowak was arrested after attempting to kidnap her lover's new romantic interest after a bizarre series of events.

Natalie Portman stars as Lucy Cola, whose experience when looking at Earth from outer space affects her deeply and changes her life forever.  Returning to normal life proves impossible after the experience and everything, including herself, seems insignificant and small.  After beginning an affair with fellow astronaut (Jon Hamm), things spin out of control.

Starring alongside Portman and Hamm are Dan Stevens, Zazie Beetz, Pearl Amanda Dickson and Ellen Burstyn.
Stay tuned for more info on "Lucy in the Sky" - for now, enjoy the trailer!

Bill & Ted are Back!
The hilarious slacker time travellers are two of the most iconic movie characters of the late 80s/early 90s.  There has been talk of a third movie to add to Bill & Ted's adventures and now it's been confirmed by the dudes themselves - well, Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, who are reprising their roles once again to journey through time.

It's been almost 30 years since "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey" where they set out to save the universe.  This third movie, titled "Bill & Ted Face the Music", will be directed by Dean Parisot.

Here's the official synopsis:
“Following 1989's "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" and 1991's "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey", the stakes are higher than ever for William "Bill" S. Preston Esq. (Winter) and Theodore "Ted" Logan (Reeves). Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle-aged best friends set out on a new adventure, when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it and bring harmony to the universe. Along the way, they will be helped by their families, old friends and a few music legends.”

Sounds excellent!  Looking forward to "Bill & Ted Face the Music", which will be out next year!
